Today marks a milestone we've been working toward for a little over a year now. At 3 PM CST, we officially launch the open beta of Craft and Conquer. To everyone who has supported us through playtests, bug reports, and feedback, thank you. We hope that you enjoy this mod and continue to support us while we try to grow the Bannerlord community as a whole! While this is a huge milestone, we have a long way ahead of us. This is just the beginning.

Fixes

  • Fixed a bug where agent interaction names would constantly flash.
  • Fixed a bug where charcoal would burn from the output section of the furnace.
  • Fixed a bug making it difficult to place farming plots near each other.
  • Fixed a bug forcing you to press join on a monument more than once.
  • Fixed a bug allowing a lord to join another faction without destroying their faction.
  • Fixed a bug that blocked you from banishing a member from your faction.
  • Fixed a bug showing duplicate names when looking at certain entities.
  • Fixed a bug causing palisade walls to not be deleted when a settlement is razed.
  • Fixed a bug where castle gates would not be repairable after a server restart when in the broken state.

Changes

  • Added cow spawn timer to the cow pen based on machine level.
  • Added prison cell levels that increase the difficulty of breaking out for each level.
  • Added class levels allowing each class to be upgraded up to level 10.
  • Added an arena leaderboard accessible by interacting with the podiums.
  • Added palisade free build mode. Open the build menu on a level 2 fortress to place down palisades.
  • Added a mercenary system allowing freemen to fight for other factions as mercenaries.
  • Added processing time display to crafting machines.
  • Added a gold pouch spawn when upgrading the fort that refunds upgraded machine costs.
  • Added the ability to leave your faction from the mercenary post.
  • Added a fortress upgrade accessible at the monument. This upgrades the HP of all walls, towers, gates, gatehouses, and the monument itself.
  • Modified farming plot crop growth timers to be based on machine level.
  • Modified machine upgrades to only require looking at a machine and pressing X instead of using the repair hammer.
  • Adjusted palisade walls to require wood instead of gold.
